Introduction
TeknoFlow (“the App”) is developed by Arslan GÜRAL. This policy explains how your data is handled.

TeknoFlow does not send your personal data to our servers. Tasks, notes, and settings stay on your device. Optional iCloud sync uses only your Apple account. Purchases are processed by Apple.

Data stored on the device
The App stores the following locally:

Tasks: title, notes, category, priority, dates, subtasks, recurrence, location-reminder details, and completion status
Notes: title, content, tags, and attachments (photos, audio, files)
App settings: theme, notifications, and lock options
App lock: the passcode is hashed with SHA256 and stored in the Keychain

No personal data is sent to third-party analytics or advertising servers.

Device permissions
Some features ask for permission. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers:

Camera: take a photo for a note (for example a whiteboard or receipt)
Microphone: add tasks by speaking and record a voice memo
Speech recognition: turn speech into text to create tasks
Photo library: attach an existing image to a note
Location: remind you of a task when you arrive at a place (for example the store)
Face ID / Touch ID: unlock the app and password-protected notes
Calendar: show events or add a task as a calendar event

You can deny a permission; that feature will not work, and the rest of the app still will.

iCloud sync
Optional. When enabled, data syncs only through your personal Apple iCloud account under Apple’s rules. You can turn it off in Settings. When it is off, all data stays on the device.

Notifications and alarms
Reminders are scheduled with the device’s local notifications and system alarms. No push-notification server is used.

Purchases
TeknoFlow Pro (monthly or yearly) is purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment, billing, and cancellation are handled by Apple. The developer does not collect card or payment details. Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Security
The app-lock passcode is hashed and stored in Keychain. Sensitive notes can be protected with a password and optional Face ID / Touch ID.

Spotlight and Siri
Tasks can be indexed on-device. Siri can add tasks. This data does not leave your device.

Children’s privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No account is required.

Third-party services
The App does not use analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.), ad networks, third-party sign-in, or external APIs. Apple iCloud and the App Store are used only if you choose them.

Policy changes
Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
